Diane R. Conley

   Diane Rose Conley focuses her practice on a variety of civil defense matters with an emphasis on insurance coverage, products and liability, mass torts, and bad faith litigation related to both personal and commercial lines. With over 30 years of experience, Diane provides her clients comprehensive advocacy through sensible advice on coverage issues and also strong resolve against any disputes that may arise.
 

   Diane has extensive experience in other areas of insurance defense, including professional liability and consumer fraud. Her experience includes frequent appellate practice in the state and federal courts of Kentucky, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Prior to entering law school, Diane was on staff with the House Budget Committee for the United States House of Representatives in Washington, D.C.
