J.D. Fleming

  J.D. Fleming has more than fifteen years of experience in civil litigation and administrative law. Prior to coming to MDSB, J.D. was Staff Attorney Supervisor for the Kentucky Board of Nursing (Kentucky’s largest regulatory Board). During his years managing the legal department for the Kentucky Board of Nursing, J.D. acquired invaluable institutional knowledge of the Board, as well as substantial experience and skill in handling Board application and licensing issues, Board investigations, disciplinary hearings and administrative appeals to courts of law.  

  His skills and experience acquired as a Board attorney have enabled J.D. to provide the highest quality defense to his nurse, doctor, dentist and other professional clients. Since joining MDSB, J.D. is expanding his practice to areas of automobile accident defense, premises liability, and real estate litigation.
